Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times:
- Latvia & Baltic states: 2–4 business days
- EU countries: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Carriers We ship via Fedex, DPD, DHL, Latvijas Pasts and Omniva depending on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment on the carrier's website.
Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
