Born on the Track, Proven in Racing
This product didn’t start as a business idea. It started as a problem.
When our family had two riders competing in the 65cc class, we experienced the same frustrating issue over and over again. The stock power valve would fail unexpectedly—not only during training sessions, but sometimes in the middle of races. A small crack at the connection point could instantly rob the bike of power and turn a great race weekend into a disappointment.
After dealing with multiple failures, we decided to create a permanent solution.
Instead of using the traditional two-piece design with a threaded connection, we developed a one-piece monolithic titanium power valve. By eliminating the weak threaded aluminum section where cracks typically form, we removed the most common failure point entirely. Titanium was the natural choice thanks to its exceptional strength, heat resistance, and durability under extreme racing conditions.
Originally, we only produced two valves for our own bikes.
But as fellow riders and teammates saw the results, they started asking if we could make one for them as well. One rider became two, two became ten, and before long what began as a personal solution evolved into full production.
Today, our titanium power valves are used by riders across Europe and beyond. Some of the earliest units have now exceeded 200 engine hours of use. While normal wear can be seen, none have suffered the cracking failures that inspired this project in the first place.
Why It Works
- One-piece monolithic titanium paddle design
- Eliminates the common cracking point found in stock valves
- Extreme heat resistance and durability
- High-quality stainless steel shaft for increased strength
- Designed and tested by active riders
- Proven in real racing conditions for over 200 engine hours
We created this power valve because our own riders needed it. We continue to make it because riders everywhere deserve a solution they can trust when the gate drops.
